Been working on a wrestling TV show - here's a teaser

One of my escapes from the pressures of the past year has been doing photo and video work for local wrestling promotions.

You might recall my work with NWA Atlantic Canada in the spring. That fizzled out when the promoters seemed to disappear after a single show, then signed up with another promotion. I was approached to do video work for that other promotion, but I've been increasingly disappointed with every one of their shows, so I politely declined.

Now I'm working with Twin City Wrestling, which has been running shows in Dartmouth and on Nova Scotia's South Shore. TCW has struck a deal with a local TV channel to run a series. It's an ambitious production, but now we've shot enough footage to deliver all the episodes. Post-production is well under way and the show should be airing some time in the new year.

I've produced a few teaser trailers to drum up excitement. There are three of them, 30 seconds each. Check 'em out.

I'm writing a little more about Halifax wrestling and some other Nova Scotia wrestling shows I've been to in the past eight years over at one of my newer web sites, wrestlecentre.com. Not a whole lot there yet, but it should be a home for photos and videos I've captured since moving here.
