Not much to report this week, so I'll keep it brief. I finished reading The Testosterone Advantage Plan, but haven't begun applying it yet.
I did keep a promise made to Sandra on our trip -- I made Amanda dinner, twice! A carrot cut up into slivers, pieces of red pepper, chunks of onion, bean sprouts, boneless skinless chicken breast, szechuan satay sauce over long grain and wild rice. Yummy.

good for you! :) we've been eating mostly according to the book, but we've also had some good smoothies lately. did you find any of it daunting? was it the stirfry from the book? happy eating!
ReplyDeleteI didn't find the cooking particularly daunting -- just the timing of it and lack of confidence applying a large knife to small carrots .. just winged the recipe on the fly ...
ReplyDeleteI looked at the book stirfry, and it seemed remarkably similar to my single-guy frozen-veggie stirfry. Some of those recipes look pretty decent -- I think we're going to try the sausage penne at some point! bon appetit in toronto!
